Shipping & Returns
Although we are sure, you would love your Brilliance Cosmocare products but if for some reason you are not satisfied with the purchase please get in touch and we will make it right.
Wrong Item Delivered
Step 1 - Raise a replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery at Email - contact@brilliancecosmocare.com or on WhatsApp at +91 98336 37427 with the pictures of the wrong item delivered along with your order ID.
Step 2 - Allow us 48-72 working hours to review your replacement request.
Step 3 - On reviewing your replacement request, we will send our delivery partner to collect the wrong product delivered to you.
Step 4 - In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.
Step 5 - As soon as the wrong product is received by us and inspected by our internal team, we will ship your replacement product depending on the stock availability or else we will refund the amount back to you.
Item Damaged

Step 3 - On reviewing your replacement request, we will send our delivery partner to collect the damaged product delivered to you.
Step 4 - In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.
Step 5 - As soon as the wrong product is received by us and inspected by our internal team, we will ship your replacement product depending on the stock availability or else we will refund the amount back to you.
We will not be able to return/replace your products in the following cases:
• Opened/ used/ altered products
• Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc) missing
• If the return/ replacement request is generated after 3 days from the date of delivery
Order Cancellation
We will allow order cancellation before your order is shipped from our facility. Once the order has been shipped, we wont be able to cancel the order.
Shipping charges on a purchase?
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount within India, which is notified from time to time. For outside India orders, we will inform you on the charges.
