Refund & Return Policy
At Brilliance Cosmocare, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare and wellness products. Every order is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.
The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare/cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns once the seal is broken or the product is used, except in cases of manufacturing defect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products.
Products without original packaging, invoice, or proof of purchase.
Items purchased during special promotions, discounts, or clearance sales.
3. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please email us at support@brilliancecosmocare.com with your order number, product details, and clear photographs of the issue.
Our quality team will review your request and decide on eligibility.
If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or request you to courier the product back to us.
On receipt, the product will be inspected. Based on the report, a replacement or refund will be processed.

4. Refunds
Refunds (if approved) will be initiated to your original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
5. Company’s Discretion
We value our customers and try our best to resolve concerns fairly. However, all return and refund requests are subject to final approval by Brilliance Cosmocare after internal verification.
We reserve the right to:
Reject a return/refund if the product does not meet the above conditions.
Offer replacement or store credit instead of a cash refund, wherever appropriate.
Modify or update this policy without prior notice, in compliance with applicable Indian laws.
